We are not providing any type of cancellation and refund to users right now. Once, a user purchase the plan it will reflect in his/her profile till the validity of that particular plan. If user purchase any plan and amount get deducted from User's end and due to any technical issue If User does not get the package, then it is our responsibility to provide that particular package to the User.
